Shipping and delivery

Your package will usually be delivered within 7 business days counting from order confirmation. If the ordered products are out of stock, we will notify you and inform you about approximate delivery time. Naturally you have the right to cancel the order if it’s out of stock.

Order confirmation

After receiving your order, we will sen you an order confirmation via email.

Payment options

All payments done in Acustom webshop are processed by Verifone. You can choose from various payment methods: 1) pay straight either from a Finnish bank account, 2) with a debit or credit card or 3) via Paypal. All information is sent encrypted via SSL, so the payment process is secure – even we won’t know your card data.


We ship solely via DHL. We take responsibility for items that are damaged or misplaced when in delivery. Please let us know immediately if your order is damaged or missing. If the product is damaged or goes missing while returning it to us, you will not be refunded. You can also pick up your order from our factory in Huppionmäenkatu 4 V 25, Tampere, Finland.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs starts from 15€ per parcel. Large items, such as floor stands, are more expensive – you will see product specific shipping costs in shopping cart before proceeding to checkout. Shipping costs are subject to change at a later time. Don’t worry – we will not change shipping costs for paid orders.


We guarantee that the items are in full condition and are shipped without any defects. If you receive an item or a product that is defective or otherwise not as promoted, please contact us immediately.

Returning items

As stipulated in the law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving it. To see that your return is accepted, it is necessary to return unused products in their original packaging. Otherwise, the product can not be sold again and you will be refused your return. You as a client are responsible for the shipping costs when returning items. In case of faulty device, Acustom will be responsible for the shipping costs. Always contact us first when returning items.


All products are guaranteed for two years against faults in materials or manufacturing.
